Training is another important part of the software life cycle. The best system in the world is of no use if no one can figure out how to do anything with it. Once the system is installed, we can train your users individually or in groups.
For documentation, we can also create context-sensitive help files users can reference after training is complete and they are on their own. Finally, we can provide you with technical documentation of the system so your staff can support it going forward.
If your staff cannot support your new system for whatever reason, we can support it for you. Our support services allow your staff to call us with questions or to request enhancements to the system, and provide you with the peace of mind that if the system goes down for some reason, you have someone you can call who can respond in a timely fashion to get you back up again quickly.
